When I have an emotion, I think maybe there is a painting there. I must go to that place to discover it, … go further.
Painting is a process of continuous investigation, a place of revelations and self-knowledge. A way of doing, saying and experiencing things.

The contrasts of Shanghai, a city where beauty and rawness coexist in a single plane, have become an inspiring source of new works, coinciding with the use of Chinese ink and the return to the canvas after five years of exclusive dedication to collage.

The idea of transience, the passage of time, the emotional trace that some experiences leave us, uncertainty, chance and discovery are present in all works. In my case, always in an abstract way, when to abstract means to look for the essential.
